Vintage Crouse-Hinds Bell System Explosion Proof Rotary Dial Telephone

This telephone is in very good original condition with only some minor tarnishing from age. The case is in very good shape, as it has served its purpose, and has no damage. There is some minor tarnishing of the metal, but it does not take away from the look of the phone. There is a “Bell System” transfer decal on the front of the phone, just below the handset cradle, which is still intact and bright. The handset is a “Bell System” Western Electric F6, which is in very good condition with only minor surface wear and very little fading from age. The cord to the handset does have some fraying just where it enters the handset. The dial spins and re-centers as intended, and has a bright and clear dial plate. The phone has not been opened, as we do not have the required tools. This is a vintage item, and has not been refurbished, so some age wear is to be expected.
