Bell System Northern Electric – 3-Slot Rotary Dial Pay Phone – Pink w/Top Card

This pay phone is in very good condition with a very clean paint finish and a nice shine on the chrome parts. This phone appears to have been resprayed, however, the stamping on the inside of the phone (pictured) leads me to believe the phone was pink originally. This phone includes a color matched top card, which is a very sought after piece. The dial is in good condition and spins and re-centers as intended. The handset is a Northern Telecom G-Type handset, which appears to have been resprayed along with the phone as the finish matches. The handset is pink on the interior as well, though it appears to be the original cast color. There is no key for the coinbox or the internals, however the mechanisms of the phone can be accessed with a flat screwdriver. The phone appears to be missing a few connections, but it appears to be mechanically intact, and coins ring each gong as intended. The phone also includes a back plate for mounting. This is a vintage item, so some age wear is to be expected.
