Thorens Excelda Antique Portable Gramophone – Swiss Made – Complete + Working

This gramophone is in very good original condition and is fully intact and functional. The case has some minor age wear, but no missing paint or corrosion. The leather strap on the case is worn, however it is completely intact, and the “EXCELDA” stamping is still visible. The reproducer arm is in very good condition with a nice shine, but it does have some minor scratches along the top. The reproducer is in excellent condition with no damage or wear to the finish or the “EXCELDA” branding. The inside of the unit does have some discolorations along the bottom of the case, and the transfer decal under the record plate has mostly deteriorated. The unit is otherwise in great condition, and plays as intended. This is an antique item, and has not been refurbished, so some age wear is to be expected.
