This is an original Western Electric 143 Switch hook. The hook is in good original condition with no damage and a nice original finish, which is only worn in a few places. The only hardware that is included is what is pictured, and the switch hook pictured is the one you will receive. This is an antique item, so some age wear is to be expected.
