Northern Telecom Centurion Touch Tone Payphone – Brown

This payphone is in very good original condition with a mostly unblemished case and intact internals. The case has some minor blemishes on the left hand side, and some scratches and white speckling along the top. The metal portions of the phone still have a nice shine. The touch tone keypad has some minor discoloration of the numbering, as this unit has the plastic keypad as opposed to the metal one. The handset cradle has some slight staining, but still has a nice shine overall. The handset has some surface wear and blemishing, as well as some small gashes in the receiver and transmitter element covers. The phone comes with 4 keys, 2 for the coin vault and 2 for access to the internals. The coin box is still in place, and the internals appear to be completely intact. The inside of the unit has the marking “QSD401-A-27=77” meaning this phone likely entered service in 1977. This is a vintage item, and has not been refurbished, so some age wear is to be expected.
