Northern Electric – Model 211 Spacer Saver Telephone – Desk/Counter/Wall Mount – G2

This telephone is in good original condition with a good finish and no damage to the case or handset. The case has some surface wear, but the finish is still intact for the most part. The paint has worn away and exposed the metal along some edges of the case, as well as in the handset cradle. The handset is a Northern Electric F3 handset and is in fair condition as with surface wear, chips in the corners of the ridge, and some fading of the Bakelite, most noticeable on the element covers. The dial is a 6A, which is in rough condition. The dial does not spin and re-center as intended, and the finger wheel is somewhat loose on the dial. The dial is also missing the metal backing cover. The case is stamped “G2” indicating the iteration of this model. The bracket for mounting the telephone is included. The phone does appear to be intact internally, however, the subset cord has been cut. This is an antique item, and has not been refurbished, so some age wear is to be expected.
