Kellogg – Model 700 Masterphone Desk Set – w/ Hand Crank Magneto Bell Box

This phone is in excellent condition, and appears to be part way through a restoration project, as there is no lacquer or finish on the Bell Box and the finish on the desk set is dull, but is very consistent. It is likely that this phone could be made to have a like new finish with little more than a polish on the desk set and stain or lacquer on the box. The magneto cranks and rings the bells as intended. The handset also features a spit cup transmitter with engraved Kellogg branding. The cradle switch hook on the desk set functions as intended as well. Both the bell box and desk set appear to be intact internally. This phone is stunning as is, and would be a star in any collection if given the finishing touches. This is an antique item, so some age wear is to be expected.
