Admiralty Phones TMC Sound Powered Telephone – MK. XVIII AP 13235

This sound powered phone is in very good original condition, with only some age wear on the handset and no damage to the phone. The case of the phone has some slight denting on the front, and minor surface wear throughout. The case does appear to be missing a component, as there is a threaded hole in the front of the case. The top of the case has an identification plate, which has the phones model code, as well as a stamping that indicates TMC repaired the phone in 1956. The handset is a stamped TMC AP 13220 sound powered handset, with the industrial mounting bracket around the receiver end of the handset. It is in good shape, with significant fading of the Bakelite, minor surface wear, and no significant damage. The switch hook toggles as intended and the handset stays firmly in place when hooked into the cradle. The phone appears to be intact internally as well. This is a vintage item, and has not been refurbished, so some age wear is to be expected.
